Customers are eligible to return if they received packages in damaged or defective condition by raising your concern on our email address email@example.com after receiving the damaged product. The video of opening the product along with the images is mandatory for accepting the refund. The same shall be sent within 24 hours after the product is delivered to customers.
The brand new replacement will be shipped to you within 15 days of replacement guarantee, with no additional cost if you received a damaged product or a wrong product is received.
Customers are expected to handle the original product tag and packing is intact form when reverse pick up is made.
The expected period for completing the procedure is 7-12 ideal days(for releasing new replacement or the store credit, after we receive the old product).
The refund policy is applicable in case the replacement of a damaged product is not available. The courier charges will not be Refunded. In case of online paid orders, the refund will be made back to the same bank account used to pay for the order. In case of COD orders, customers bank account details would be required and the refund would be credited within 7-10 working days from the date of cancellation of the order.
Certain products that concern Personal Hygiene, Electronic Products, etc. are not applicable for Return or Refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are received in defective or damaged condition. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of the delivery of the product. In case the query is raised beyond 24 hours of delivery, no such query shall be entertained.
